Architecture ICON:Battersea Power Station Cushion

Made world famous by Pink Floyd’s “Animals” album cover in 1977,  Battersea Power Station was designed by Sir Giles Gilbert Scott, who also designed the iconic red telephone box. Built in 1933, it is the largest brick building in Europe, and will soon be re-developed after lying idle for many years. We love it the way it is.
